The World Boxing Council and Matchroom Boxing confirm that the fight next Saturday between Dillian Whyte (25-1 18 KOs) and Oscar Rivas (26-0 18 KOs), at the O2 Arena in London, will be disputed the Interim weight title complete of the WBC.
The winner of the fight will become a mandatory challenger for the WBC World Heavyweight Championship, currently held by Deontay Wilder.
